Defendant-appellant Nathaniel Gipson appeals from his conviction for driving without a valid driver's license, not driving within lanes, and operating with expired license plates. For the charge of driving under suspension, the appellant was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of one hundred eighty days, one hundred twenty of which were suspended, and he was fined $1,000, of which $650 was suspended.
