This is an action alleging breach of contract filed by Starbrite Distributing, Inc., a Florida corporation, against Excelda Manufacturing Company, a Michigan corporation, and P.D. George Company, a Delaware corporation doing business in St. Louis, Missouri. A cross-claim was filed by Excelda against P.D. George. Defendant/cross-defendant, P.D. George Company, appeals the denial of its motion for summary disposition, based on lack of personal jurisdiction...
