(hereinafter "Dressel") has moved pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(d)(1) and (2) for relief from the automatic stay so that it may exercise its rights under state law with respect to collateral of debtor Beaver Valley Builder's Supply, Inc. (hereinafter "BVBS") that secures an obligation to Dressel.
