This is an appeal from the order of October 19, 1994, entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Butler County dismissing all claims by Metalized Ceramics For Electronics, Inc. ("Appellant") against National Ammonia Company ("Appellee") with prejudice. In this matter, we are asked to determine whether a provision of a contract entered into by the parties is unconscionable.
