On July 9, 1991, Jones Truck Lines, Inc. (Jones) filed a voluntary petition for relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Simultaneously, with the filing of the bankruptcy petition, the debtor ceased its operations and began the process of self-liquidation. On April 30, 1992, Jones filed a complaint against Central States Southeast and Southwest Areas Pension Fund...
