FACTS

On May 15, 1991, the plaintiff, an attorney, sued the debtor in the Superior Court of the State of Washington for Whatcom County. The complaint alleged theft, conversion, fraud, and misrepresentation and sought damages in the sum of $30,000. On May 29, 1991, a stipulated judgment was entered.
