The State of Washington appeals the trial court's order enjoining it from honoring any request for temporary custody of Ulysses H. Roberson by El Dorado County, California. We hold a governor's extradition warrant is not a detainer under the Interstate Agreement on Detainers (IAD) and vacate the order of the trial court.
