The district court issued an order for summary judgment on Malcolm Bolton's claims against respondents for defamation, violation of the "Whistleblower Act," common law retaliatory discharge, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and violation of Bolton's rights under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
