JONES, Bankruptcy Judge:

I. FACTS

In June, 1993, Gary Richardson, president of Southern California Law and Accounting Services ("SCLAS"), called Jorge and Lupe Sandoval on the telephone. Richardson said that he had discovered that the Sandovals were being sued by a creditor, and suggested that the Sandovals meet with him to discuss their options. Mr. Sandoval met with Richardson later that day and paid SCLAS a $500 retainer. Richardson...
