HORTON, J.

The defendant, Eric Thornton, appeals the denial of his motion to withdraw his guilty plea by the Superior Court (Fitzgerald, J.). We affirm.

On November 5, 1992, the grand jury issued an indictment charging that the defendant "did commit the crime of second degree murder in that he, in concert with and aided by Roy Wrenn, did knowingly cause the death of Nelson `Sonny' Goodno."
