Herbert D. Hardesty pleaded guilty to burglary in the second degree. He was sentenced to 14 months' confinement. One year after his release, the trial court resentenced him to 22 months' confinement with credit for time served. Mr. Hardesty contends double jeopardy principles precluded granting the State's motion to modify the sentence.
