LANKFORD, Presiding Judge.

Greg Manuel Olea ("defendant") asks us to reverse his conviction and sentence for use of a narcotic drug in violation of Arizona Revised Statutes ("A.R.S.") section 13-3408(A)(1), a class 4 felony.

Defendant was a constable for the East Phoenix Justice Court. On January 15, 1992, defendant was experiencing problems with his county-issued car. He arranged to bring it into the county maintenance and repair facility...
