Demos, James Demos, 120 South State Street Restaurant, Inc., an Illinois corporation, and Louis Demos to recover the principal and interest on a promissory note given by Park Plaza Restaurant, Inc. d/b/a Park Plaza Restaurant, to Edens Plaza Bank.
