Appellants Dale Brown, Robert Chung, Gussie Reicher, and Rolando Sanchez challenge their convictions for conspiracy to smuggle cocaine, conspiracy to possess cocaine and, in Appellant Brown's case, two counts of hash oil distribution. On appeal, Brown and Reicher assert two errors related to their entrapment defense.
