At issue in this Chapter 11 case is the validity and priority of competing judicial liens on oil produced from oil and gas leases in which the debtor owns an interest. The debtor, John Prior, owns overriding royalty interests in two oil and gas leases in Clinton County, Illinois, entitling him to a specific share of oil produced from the leases.
