This appeal arises from an order of the county court for Kimball County which denied the claims of the appellees (claimants) against the estate of their grandfather, Floyd J. Soule, Sr. The claimants appealed to the district court for Kimball County, which reversed the county court's order and granted the claims. Floyd J. Soule, Jr., and Billy G. Soule, being devisees and copersonal representatives of Soule's estate, appealed to the Nebraska Court...
