In the Circuit Court for Worcester County, a jury (Hon. Theodore R. Eschenburg, presiding) convicted Brian Ralph Keirsey, appellant, of burglary, first degree rape, and related offenses. Pursuant to Md. Ann. Code art. 27, § 643B, appellant was sentenced to two consecutive life sentences without the possibility of parole for the burglary and first degree rape convictions.
