GRANT, Judge.

Timothy Scott Blackmore ("Defendant") was convicted by a jury of Possession of Dangerous Drugs, a class 4 felony. The trial court suspended imposition of the sentence and placed Defendant on three years probation. He filed a timely notice of appeal from his judgment and sentence.
