John Beal and Joan Beal, maternal grandparents of Nicholle and Tyler Endsley, appeal the decision of the district court for Box Butte County, claiming that the grandparent visitation rights granted to them on their petition filed pursuant to Neb. Rev.Stat. § 43-1801 et seq. (Reissue 1993) were not reasonable. Nicholle and Tyler are the children of the Beals' daughter, Jacquelyn Endsley, and Marshall Bart Endsley (Bart) and are in Bart's custody following...
