Larry Lowe appeals from his conviction of being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g) (1988) and 924(e) (1988 & Supp. V 1993). Lowe argues that Minnesota law restored his civil rights on four of five prior violent felony convictions, and, thus, he was not an armed career criminal for purposes of 18 U.S.C. § 924(e). He also appeals two orders of the district court
