Plaintiffs appeal as of right the trial court's grant of defendants' motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(8) with respect to plaintiff Cornwall and pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10) with respect to plaintiff International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
