RECHT, Justice:

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board of the West Virginia State Bar seeks to suspend Abishi C. Cunningham's license to practice law for three months and to have Mr. Cunningham's active cases reviewed to ensure that these cases have not been neglected. The Board recommends these measures based on its finding that Mr. Cunningham violated Rules 1.1, 1.2(a), 1.3 and 1.4(a) of the Rules of Professional Conduct
