Karen Moutry and her male friend Third Chavis, together with a number of other persons, consumed and dispensed cocaine on Indianapolis' northwest side. Moutry and Chavis were both charged and convicted of conspiracy to distribute and distribution of cocaine and possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
