Jeffrey Allen Morris was convicted of two counts of discharging a firearm from a motor vehicle so as to create the risk of injury or death to another person in violation of Code § 18.2-286.1. He contends that the evidence was insufficient to sustain the convictions. For the reasons that follow, we reverse.
