Following a jury trial, the appellant, Allan Mobley, Jr., was found guilty but mentally ill of one count each of burglary, aggravated assault upon a police officer, kidnapping with bodily injury, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, and reckless driving and three counts of kidnapping.
