This case involves a dispute over an insurer's responsibility to pay uninsured motorist benefits. The insureds brought suit alleging breach of contract and bad faith denial of their claim. The jury found the insurer failed to pay the benefits in bad faith and determined the amount of compensatory and punitive damages. The trial court entered judgment on the jury's verdict.
