MESCHKE, Justice.

R.G. (hereafter Richard, a pseudonym) appeals a judgment terminating his parental rights to J.L.D. (hereafter Jay, a pseudonym). We conclude that clear and convincing evidence supported the termination, and we affirm.

Jay was born on January 7, 1994. His mother, T.L.O. (hereafter Toni, a pseudonym), petitioned on April 15, 1994, to voluntarily terminate her parental rights, and those of Richard, alleged in her petition as the father. The...
