Defendant was charged via indictment with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana (less than one ounce), and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. Following a bench trial, defendant was found guilty of each offense. He appeals from the judgment of conviction and sentences entered by the trial court on these charges. Held:
