THAYER, J.

The defendant, Thomas E. Devaney, was convicted by a jury in Superior Court (Mohl, J.) of indecent exposure and lewdness in violation of RSA 645:1 (1986) (now codified at RSA 645:1, I(a) (Supp. 1994)). We affirm.

On January 12, 1991, the defendant stopped at a convenience store in Seabrook. After entering the store and purchasing a can of beer from the clerk on duty, he returned to his pickup truck...
