Robyn L. Castillo (appellant) appeals her convictions for driving under the influence of alcohol in violation of Code § 18.2-266 and involuntary manslaughter in violation of Code § 18.2-36.1(A). Appellant asserts (1) the trial court erred in admitting into evidence the results of her breath alcohol analysis, although she was not arrested for driving under the influence within two hours of the alleged offense, as required by Code § 18.2...
