PER CURIAM.

In Docket No. 161938, defendant appeals as of right an order of the circuit court reversing its decision to deny plaintiffs' request for a variance. We reverse this order. In Docket No. 161939, nine of plaintiffs' neighbors appeal as of right an order of the circuit court denying their motion to intervene in the case, and plaintiffs appeal an order denying their motion for costs under MCR 7.101(P). We affirm both of these orders.
