Defendant SGE Entertainment Corporation (SGE) entered into a letter agreement to distribute a film, "Forced March", with plaintiff A-Pix, Inc., on November 14, 1988, and after additional negotiations entered into a January 16, 1989 Agreement, setting forth defendant's rights and obligations in distribution of the film.
