Whitney National Bank appeals the judgment of the district court finding that it had directly converted and had conspired to convert car sale proceeds belonging to Chrysler Credit Corporation. On cross-appeal, Chrysler Credit Corporation appeals the denial of its motion for attorneys' fees.
