Appellant Jeffrey Gamble was indicted on February 24, 1994, for aggravated trafficking in violation of R.C. 2925.03(A)(2), and drug abuse in violation of R.C. 2925.11. On January 20, 1995, appellant pleaded guilty to aggravated trafficking and the drug abuse charge was dismissed. Appellant was sentenced to a one-year period of incarceration.
