Today we are asked to consider two questions: (1) Whether the proper procedure concerning the invocation of a witness's privilege against self-incrimination was followed in the case sub judice; and (2) whether a plea agreement which precludes one co-defendant from testifying at the other co-defendant's trial violates public policy.
