Boysaw, contends that the commission erred in denying an award for death benefits pursuant to Code § 65.2-512. The commission denied the claim under Code § 65.2-306(A)(1) on the ground that Ivery Adams Boysaw (Boysaw), the employee who died in an industrial accident, engaged in willful misconduct.
