Dube, appeal a jury verdict in the Superior Court (Barry, J.), awarding general damages as well as damages under the Consumer Protection Act, RSA chapter 358-A, to the plaintiffs, Reese and Cindy Gautschi, arising from the sale of a salvaged 1986 Honda CRX automobile.
