This is an appeal from a final judgment1 granting ejectment and quieting title to a tract of land. We affirm.

Michael S. and Ann K. Plauchak, appellees, own a tract of land situated in Washington County, Pennsylvania, which they purchased following a mortgage foreclosure sale.
