Jeffrey S. Brooks was convicted on two counts of second degree theft and one count of second degree burglary. He appeals one of the theft convictions and the burglary conviction, contending (1) the evidence is insufficient to convict him of the second degree theft charged in count 4 of the information; and (2) the burglary conviction must be reversed because the State charged multiple acts, but the court did not instruct the jury it had to be unanimous...
