The defendant Judith Clinton appeals from the judgment of the trial court ordering her to proceed with an appraisal.1 She claims that the trial court (1) did not have jurisdiction to consider the plaintiff's application to compel the appraisal and (2) improperly granted the application to compel the appraisal because (a) the court failed to consider the rights of the parties, (b) General Statutes §§ 52-410 and 52-411...
