The defendant-appellant Stewart Boyles was charged with one count of kidnapping Patricia Tomow and Matthew Escalante in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1201(a)(2), and four counts of aggravated sexual abuse of Tomow in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2241(a)(1), and 2245(2)(A), (B), and (C).
