Cynthia A. Anglemyer brought this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging that she was improperly terminated from her employment at Hamilton County Hospital. Ms. Anglemyer raised both federal and pendent state law claims pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1367.
