Appellant, who was tried and convicted by a jury of numerous charges resulting from burglaries which occurred on the campus of Pennsylvania State University, takes this appeal from the Judgment of Sentence he received. On appeal he makes numerous claims, which upon review of the law as it applies to the facts of this case, we find to be without merit.
