Appellant Thomas Gray argues that the district court erred in (1) relying on his murder conviction to grant summary judgment for his wife's estate on the issue of whether he feloniously and intentionally killed her and (2) imposing a constructive trust for the benefit of his wife's heirs on his interest in the properties he held in joint tenancy with her.
