Appellant, Rodney Mouzon, was indicted for murder, conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime. The jury acquitted Mouzon on the murder charge, but convicted him of conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine and possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime.
