Estrella Piemontese was found guilty in the municipal court of violating that part of an ordinance for the Borough of Prospect Park which imposed upon property owners a requirement that "[l]awns, hedges and bushes ... shall not be permitted to become overgrown and unsightly." She was again found guilty on her de novo appeal by the Law Division. Because we had some reservations about the constitutionality...
