John J. Raia has submitted an affidavit, dated November 13, 1995, wherein he tenders his resignation as an attorney and counselor-at-law (see, 22 NYCRR 691.9). Mr. Raia was admitted to the practice of law by the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, Second Judicial Department, on June 22, 1960, under the name John James Raia.
