We address whether a claim for a commission for the sale of a business and related real estate is defeated by the Real Estate Licensing and Registration Act, 63 P.S. §§ 455.101 — 455.902 (the "RELRA"), because the claimant is not a licensed real estate broker. We conclude that the trial court could not properly determine at the demurrer stage of the proceedings that appellant's claim was precluded by the RELRA, and we therefore reverse...
