This case comes on as an appeal by Appellant Frank Jarecki d/b/a Jarecki Industries ("Jarecki") from an order of the bankruptcy court granting a motion by Appellee Timothy Dabrowski ("Dabrowski") to compel the sale of certain real estate owned by Jarecki.
