PER CURIAM.

Plaintiffs filed this declaratory action to determine whether an automobile insurance policy issued by defendant to Pastor Causin (plaintiff) was in effect on August 1, 1988, the date of a collision involving one of the vehicles listed on the policy. The circuit court determined that defendant's attempt to cancel the policy was ineffective and granted summary disposition in favor of plaintiff. Defendant appeals as of right. We affirm.
